MARS101 - Have returned from Marseillan refreshed and delighted. Can I thank you all
for the help and clarity that the web site provided. The Villa was more than
we expected and the location, comfort and cleanliness exceeded our
expectations. For your records this is what we wrote in the Visitors Book.
"What a find! After nearly 30 years of holidays in the region - We found
this Villa. We were so delighted with the location, cleanliness and comfort
t hat. Could not be faulted our expectations were exceeded! Knowing the area
and reading the visitors book we would urge others to explore Florensac if
you decide to search eating options outside of Marseillan, try La Noria,
very French where the locals eat 'en famille' at long tables at the weekend,
not expensive but good food. Table de Flo a charming family run restaurant
but for elegance and outstanding food at unbelievable prices Vinipolis. "
We are now going to search your web site for a small apartment for
August/September, with parking, in the general area of Agde/Florensac as an
alternative to our usual Villa at Cap D'Agde. Any ideas welcome!
Comments - "Thank you Jill. You answered all queries I put to you promptly and I will definitely use your site again in the future.
Comments - "Hi Jill
I think you've done over and above what I would have expected! We ill certainly consider you again for the future.
Comments - "Jill
I think that you have done everything that could be done for me. I had contacted you as you offered secure on-line payments which was not an option with the other letting agents; I am completely satisfied with the manner in which you addressed my request and your response was very quick for which I thank you again. I will definitely be looking at your site for my summer holidays 2015. We have been going to the Languedoc region for a number of years particularly Pezenas and hope to continue to do so in the future. I would be happy for you to keep me in your contact file and inform me next year of any suitable properties similar to the one found this year.
Comments - "You did great Jill, You were prompt in your responses to our email enquiries and kept us updated as to what's was going on frequently.
Comments - "Your support was fantastic, you are very customer centric and sounded very
warm and friendly.
Very specific, customised search narrowed by potential customer's criteria
of Cost, Time/Availability, Group number and required facilities with vibe
of inside knowledge. I would like to stress, your service has been exemplary thanks Jacques"
We have recently returned from a marvellous week atVilla Alta (High House). We were the first guests to enjoy this fabulous house and were made to feel most welcome by the owners who were there to greet us with tea and/or wine! Huge sitting/kitchen/dining room with lovely furniture (John retired designer so lots of interesting pieces and great mix of old and new). Really nice touches of flowers in the sitting room and our bedroom and lovely linen sheets on the bed.Margot has a passion for all things linen! The house flows beautifully from room to room and out onto the many terraces. Too cold yet for the pool, but looked great. Fabulous views everywhere and lots of places to read with a glass of wine and chill out. We had lots of sun, (after leaving England in the rain) and weather here is normally pretty warm from mid March onwards One of the nicest places we have stayed at and cannot wait to go back in the summer.

This was our 4th visit with more visits to come. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice relaxing holiday. Within easy reach of 2 airports. 10 minutes drive to a lovely beach and large supermarket. However there are a few local shops and restaurant's within walking distance of the property.
We stayed in this spacious 3 bedroom apartment which was ideally located in a quiet district of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin just 15 minutes walk down the mountain to the beach and centre de ville where there was a frequent bus and train service hence we didn't bother with a car.
The apartment was on the first floor and accommodated 6 people comfortably with 1 double bed and 2 twin beds. The spacious hallway had two bathrooms off it, one with bath/shower, the other with full shower and there was also a separate toilet. And everthing was spanking clean and well maintained.
There was a fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons and an open plan living/dining room which lead on to the sunny balcony looking seaward. The swimming pool we didn't use as we opted to take advantage of the local beach and the blue blue sea - it certainly lives up to its name - Cote d'Azur.
Highly recommend this place to stay if you like to have access to all the conveniences but be slightly removed from the hum of downtown.
You are within minutes walk to abundance fresh food and local wines at the Supermarche or open market in the town square and there are lots of nice restaurants within easy reach. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

We booked the apartment for two weeks to cover the Monaco Grand Prix weekend. Making the booking and arrangements was very easy. If you pick up a car at Nice Airport, you'll need coins for the two tolls on the motorway - one was 1.50 and the other 2.20! If you take the coast road, it winds through the centre of Monaco, up the start finish straight, through Casino Square etc...
The apartment is nice and big, with a large open plan living space and three bedrooms, plus two bathrooms and a sunny balcony. Everything was clean and tidy. The internet was very fast and proved useful (especially with no TV signal) allowing us to keep up with the weekend's events when we returned from the track. My Mito just fit in the underground garage, so was safely tucked away from the crazy parking around town, though the gated estate which houses the apartment is pretty civilised. We used the rather cold pool a few times, and the surround is certainly an effective sun trap!
Getting in to Monaco is very easy, it's just two stops from Carnoles station (25 min walk down hill). Not far from the station there are also bars and restaurants, shops etc though not everything was open all the time as the Grand Prix seems to be just before the holiday season this side of Nice. We had some very good meals as you would expect on the Cote d'Azur (there's a brilliant Indian restaurant on the sea front).
Getting back from Monaco, and indeed anywhere else you walk to, means walking back up the hill, which is about a mile long and reasonably steep. Having said that, we had the car and only used it a few times to fetch heavy shopping from the supermarket, which is en route to the train & beach.
The plus side of the distance from town is of course that it is very quiet!
