Nestled amongst vineyards and oak trees, this fabulous property is situated near the village of Martignargues in the Gard region, 15 mintes to shops and 20 minutes to the town of Uzes.
Partly built in 17th century, the house is traditionally built in a U-shaped.
A baker comes daily to the village with bread and fresh croissants. The shops are a 15 mn drive.
The property is 15 minutes to the town of Ales, 20 minutes to the Roman town of Nimes and 60km to the Mediterranean beaches.
