Apartment Romarin

The house is situated in a small quiet village, Blauzac, near Uzes, in the Gard Department in the South of France.

Blauzac lies very close to many of the major, well worthwhile visiting sites and cities such as the Pont du Gard, the Camargue, Uzes, Nimes and Avignon.

The nearest beach is Carnon and is about 55 minutes away by car.

Montpellier airport, served by budget airlines such as EasyJet is just a 55 minute drive from the apartment. Nimes airport is a 35 minute drive, and the airport at Marseille is an hour and 35 minute drive.

Maison Romarin is a delightful 18th C stone house that has been tastefully restored to a very high standard using traditional materials. It has been decorated by its owners with great charm in a mainly Provençal style, whilst maintaining many of the original features such as old terracotta tiles and stone walls.

The house has an attractive self-contained 1 bedroom apartment available to rent.

The bedroom has a queen size bed so can sleep two but there is space to put a cot for a baby or small child. There is an en-suite bathroom (bath with shower unit) and a separate WC.

The separate eat-in kitchen has a fridge, microwave, 2 hot plates, kettle, coffee-maker.

Wireless internet is provided.

There is a small TV with a selection of DVDs.

The apartment is equipped with linen and towels.

There is access to the utility room with a washer and a dryer if required.

The apartment has heating for the colder months and fans for the warmer months, although it stays very cool in the apartment owing to the thick walls and position of it.

There is a small terrace with a table and chairs for relaxing in the morning with a cup of coffee or perhaps in the evening with a glass of wine!

The apartment is situated in a square where there is parking available to the public.
