It has a good selection of shops, restaurants, bars and a wonderful harbour.

A glorious sandy beach is located just three kilometers away at Marseillan Plage but there are many others close by too.

The Languedoc coast and beaches are only 5 minutes away by car.

There is a local market in Marseillan twice a week. On Tuesday mornings Marseillan hosts a traditional market with food, clothing and household items.

You can reach this villa by taking the A9 to just north of Beziers. Come off at Junction 34 and take the N312 to Agde/Cap d'Agde. Follow the signposts for Agde centre Ville. When you reach the River Herault that flows through the centre of Agde, follow the signposts to Marseillan. You will cross over the River and arrive at a roundabout. Cross straightover the roundabout towards Marseillan.

Marseillan is a 3 minutes drive from both Agde and Cap d'Agde.
