This charming and very spacious village gite with swimming pool is situated in the village of Gabian only ten minutes from the lively town of Pezenas.

The village is surrounded by the vines of the Pezenas and Faugeres areas of the Herault, Languedoc. The village has a grocer, baker, pharmacy and bar/restaurant.

This gite is ideal if you want to find self-catering holiday rental accommodation with a swimming pool close to Pezenas. Gabian is conveniently located to explore the sites of Languedoc Roussillon and the South of France. The accommodation is also very convenient for the beach, the Canal du Midi or exploring the mountains and countryside. Also close to Roujan and Faugeres.
 
DESCRIPTION:

The house is very well maintained and very comfortably furnished.

The courtyard garden is perfect for dining and sunbathing around the swimming pool (6m x 3m). There is also plenty of shade in the garden for those who prefer it and a BBQ for alfresco dining.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need for your holiday including all mod cons such as dishwasher, washing machine.

The five bedrooms are well appointed and consist of 3 doubles, 2 twins.

Plenty of entertainment should you tire of the sun! TV with satellite or cable channels, DVD, CD, video player, audio tape player and radio.

Gabian is a 10 minute drive from the lively medival town of Pezenas, home of Moliere, with its period architecture & a great choice of restaurants, pavement cafes, art galleries, museums, boutiques & a super Saturday market.

The Canal du Midi, listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESO is 15 minutes away.

Set in beautiful scenery 12 minutes towards Beziers is Saint-Thomas golf course which offers 18-holes for all levels of players throughout the year.

This is an ideal base for a self catering family holiday in the South of France with sandy Mediterranean beaches 20 minutes away, visit Grau d'Agde, Portiragnes Plage & Valras Plage.

As an alternative to the beach for the children is 'Aqualand', a giant water park in the chic resort of Cap d'Agde.

Great swimming pool complex in Pezenas (open July and August).

Superb walking in the Montagnes Noires, there is also Lac Salagou for wonderful freshwater lake swimming & water sports.
