The property is located in the picturesque village of Ners of 550 inhabitants in the heart of the Gard region.

Ners, nested away from the noise and trouble of "civilization", provides the necessary peace and quiet yet only a few minutes to shops and 25 km to the town of Uzes, 30 Km to the Roman town of Nimes.

There is a grocery/bakery/post office/newsagent and a butcher's in Ners.

Ners, surrounded by vineyards with the Gardon river flowing down the village, benefits of a very good geographical location and 300 sunny days a year.

The area offers a large variety of activities such as tennis, rafting, fishing, Horse riding, swimming, water sports, hiking, mountain-biking, museums, cinema, night Tclub, Amusement Park..

The Mediterranean beaches are 55 km to the House and 40 Km to a ski-run.

There are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 3 single beds.

The ancient Roman settlement of Narbonne is known as the crossroads of the south - and not without reason. It is minutes from the coast, the green hills of the Corbières and the tranquil waters of the Canal du Midi which meander effortlessly through the vine filled plains of the Minervois.
Narbonne is brimming with shops, cafes and restaurants, and historical interest.

The region's jewel in the crown, the medieval citadel of Carcassonne is just over half an hour away and the lively city of Montpellier and the immaculately preserved roman arena at Nimes are within easy reach. The Catalan city of Perpignan can be accessed easily and you can even be in the centre of Barcelona in a few hours drive.
