The villa is located in Grau d'Agde 5 minutes from the village of Agde and 2 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches. Grau d'Agde is in the Herault region.

Located 2 minutes walk /150yds from the beautiful sandy beach of St Vincent, midway between the village of Grau D`Agde, the ancient town of Agde, and the trendy lively resort of Cap D`Agde.

The area is very quiet, safe & away from the hustle & bustle normally associated with being so close to the sea and beach. It is a gentle 15 minute walk to the local village, along the beach if preferred, with a variety of shops, bars & good restaurants which are set on the bank of the beautiful river Herault.

The house is only short drive from all the major attractions.There is a lively market on a weekly basis where local produce is sold.

The closest airport is Beziers-Cap d'Agde at 12 minutes and then Montpellier Airport (45 mins).
