Laurens is a small village just off the main road about 20 minutes north of Beziers.

The house is situated near the centre of the old part of the village.

In the village there are a couple of small shops within a 2 minute walk such as a bakery, general grocery and a butchers but for supermarkets you would need a car. There are no restaurants within walking distance but there is a small bar.

Close to the beach and the Languedoc Haut National Park.

This holiday home is a fantastic place to enjoy everything the local area has to offer and is a great value family holiday.

The accommodation is comfortable and the house is fully-equipped with everything you need. From the large balcony overlooking the garden, private pool and terrace to the quiet location near the centre of the village, the property offers great convenience and extensive facilities.

There is lots to do whether it's the beach you like, places of interest to visit and enjoy the French way of life or even if you just want to chill by the pool.

The main accomodation is on the first floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, large American fridge, dishwasher and microwave and is open plan leading into the dining room/lounge. It also leads out onto a large balcony overlooking the garden & pool.

The living room is joined to the kitchen and has table & chairs, settee, TV including Sky.

Wi-Fi is also available.

There are 6 bedrooms, three of them with double or king size double beds, one room with twin beds and a set of bunk beds, one room with twin beds and a family room with a king size and a single bed.

There are two bathrooms plus two en-suites to Bedrooms 1 and 4, plus three separate WCs.

Great children's play area with its own TV and plenty of games and things to do for the kids.

There is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

It is the outside which makes this property special. There is a large balcony overlooking the secure private pool (9m by 4.5m), an outside kitchen area, BBQ and terrace to enjoy eating 'Al Fresco' in the shade of the trees. You'll end up spending most of the day outside, it's lovely!
