This house is located in the village of Servian which has all amenities within walking distance.

There is a supermarket, bar, pizzeria, restaurant, bakers, chemist, newsagents, bank and post office, all within a few minutes walk.

The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, the ground floor being taken up with a large garage.

Enter the property from the exterior stairs onto the terrace then through the front door into the hall. The kitchen is off the hall and is brand new and fully equipped. There is an oven, 4 hobs, dishwasher, fridge freezer, table and chairs and doors onto the front terrace.

Terrace directly outside the kitchen with table, chairs and a parasol, for alfresco dining and soaking up the atmosphere of village life!

Opposite the kitchen is a large living area, tastefully decorated and furnished in black and white. Comfortable seating with TV to play DVDs and playstation ony. Currently no TV channels.

There is a dining table and chairs at one end of the living area.

Along the corridor are 4 bedrooms, two with double beds and two with 2 single beds. Two of the bedrooms have large, velux windows which let in plenty of light and close automatically when it rains!

At the end of the hall is the entrance to the garden via a set of stairs. There is also a large terrace with washing lines.

By the drive entrance is a utility room with washing machine.
