The villa is situated in Benitachell which is 8km from the larger town of Javea. Shops and restaurants are a 10 - 15 minute walk from the house. Benitachell is 110km south west of Valencia and 90km north of Alicante.

A supermarket and restaurants are 2 km away. The villa is 5km away from the sandy beaches of the Mediterranian, so just a short drive.

In the nearest town there is a commercial centre, a super market, shops, restaurants, a bar, a disco, evening entertainment.

There is the train station Gata de Gorgos 9km away. There are also local buses. The airport Valencia-Manises is 120km away and Alicante-El Altet airport is 100km away.

There is a lovely climate all year around making this destination a favourite among holiday makers.

In Javea, there is a fish market every evening next to the port. There are festivals - San Juan in June, Moros y Cristianos in July.
