This property is located in the lovely village of Laurens - one of the main wine-producing villages of the outstanding 'Faugeres' region.
The village is situated between Montpellier and St Chinian, 30 minutes from the Mediterranean coast and 20 minutes from the lively town of Beziers.
The village has all amenities including two bakeries, grocery, chemist, newsagent and several excellent wine outlets.
There is a superb restaurant and wine producer, Chateau de Grezan, just 2km away and they also offer wine tours in English several times a week. |

The house is spacious and with 4 bedrooms to sleep 8.
The living room is comfortable and has a flat-screen TV with UK satellite channels, DVD home cinema system and fireplace. Seating for 8.
The attractive fully fitted kitchen has a dining area, fridge, oven and hob, microwave, small balcony, washing machine and dryer.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with double bed and two with 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom is on the first floor.
Separate bathroom with WC, bath/shower and hand basin.
Shower room and separate WC.

Garden - fully enclosed with small lawned area, Mediterranean plants, flowers and mature trees.
Terraces - shaded dining terrace with table and chairs and BBQ.
Swimming pool - private pool of 8m x 4m with Roman steps and sun terrace. The cover for the pool comes off completely in the summer and then there is an alarm on the pool for security purposes.
Parking - private, in large garage.

Golf at Beziers and Lamalou-les-Bains (20 mins).
River swimming and kayaking in Reals (20 mins).
Walking, trekking, spectacular scenery in the Languedoc National park (25 mins).
Beziers (20 mins) for hypermarkets, further restaurants and bars, shopping, markets (don't miss the fabulous flower market on a Friday, said to be the best in the south of France).
Pezenas (20 mins), a beautiful town with period architecture, artisan shops, winding streets, wonderful Saturday market. Concerts and summer festivals.
Olargues village 'one of the most beautiful villages in France' (30 mins). Lovely drive with fantastic scenery.
Cap d'Agde (45 mins) for nightclubs, casino, harbourside restaurants, beaches, water sports, boat trips, golf and Aqualand, a super waterpark with slides, rides and pools.
Further afield is the Pont du Gard and Spain at 1.5 hrs. Barcelona is 2.5 hrs.
