The house is located 20km from the Lac du Salagou which is a fabulous lake with beach areas and plenty of watersports. The lake is huge, with a natural landscape and lots of shady areas for picnics.
The beaches are 30km away and the lively town of Pezenas is just 15km.
The area has many medieval villages to explore yet you are only 40km from the cosmopolitan city of Montpellier.

Spacious house of 180m2 with five bedrooms to sleep 11 plus baby (cot and high chair supplied).
Some of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, making this property suitable for the elderly or infirm.
Enter through imposing iron gates into a huge drive with parking for several cars.
Very high quality with traditional French furniture and furnishings.
The massive lounge has real WOW factor with a comfortable seating area and a large dining table to seat 10. TV with French satellite channels, DVD and video. Doors lead out onto the terrace.
The kitchen is well-equipped, it is not large but there is a connecting utility room to provide further space. There is a table in the kitchen for dining but just for a few people.
Bedrooms - 5 in total, 3 with double beds, one bedroom with twin beds and another with 3 single beds.
Ground floor - two doubles and a room with 3 single beds plus a bathroom and a WC.
First floor - large master double with an ensuite bathroom, both with doors onto a balcony plus a small bunk bed room.
Bathrooms - 2 bathrooms, 2 WC.
