The apartment sits in a prime much sought-after location within the small residential area of Port Soleil overlooking the marina at St Cyprien in the south of France close to the Spanish border.

St Cyprien has the second largest marina in France. It has numerous excellent restaurants and bars along the waterfront and an expansive untouched beach, stretching some 6km, less than 10 minutes from the apartment.

The apartment is convenient to Perpignan airport, served by Ryanair, approximately 30 minutes away. Alternative airports include Carcassonne, Nimes, Toulouse and Girona (Spain) all served by Ryanair.

Ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms to accommodate up to 6 people and guests have the use of the swimming pool which is available exclusively to residents during peak summer months. (More than 4 adults can be a little "cosy").

Enter through the front door and there is a small cabin room with bunk beds suitable for children to the left and a shower room and WC to the right.

The lounge/dining area has a futon sofabed and a kitchen area along the right hand side wall with the small dining area next to the patio doors overlooking the marina.

The double bedroom is on the left hand side, off the lounge and next to the dining area, again overlooking the marina.

The kitchen has brand new units and is fully fitted with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is a shower room and a separate WC.

Swimming pool - available exclusively to residents during peak summer months.

Patio with table/seating for 6, overlooking the marina.

Parking - private car parking is provided.

All bedding is provided but visitors are required to bring their own towels.
