Rustic gite with gorgeous interior and pool

The gite is located just a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk to the pretty village of Colombiers which has many amenities, including cafés and restaurants.

The Domaine within which this Gite is situated has its own, very good restaurant which is open 7 days per week in high season. A 'Formule' at 24€ is available or you can choose from the A la Carte menu.

Five minute drive to nearest city of Béziers.

Also ten minutes away is the motorway which can take you to Montpellier, Carcassonne and Spain.

The gite is steps away from the Canal du Midi but is fully enclosed by a fence for safety.

The gite is part of a larger property which consists of the owners house, a fabulous restaurant and the gite itself.

Enter into the sleek and modern living room. The tastefully stylish furniture sets the tone that the rest of the villa follows.

The kitchen is also on the ground floor. This bright space has fantastic appliances and a lovely dining area.

The first floor is accessed by a fabulous floating staircase. Please note that this looks terrific but is not suitable for young children or the elderly.

On the first floor is a bedroom with twin beds. Also there is a brilliant bathroom with two basins, a bath and a large shower.

On the second floor there is a mezzanine which looks over the bedroom of the first floor.

There is also an separate bedroom with a double bed.

The massive pool area has lots of room to bask in the sun and a view of the trees lining the canal. It will be shared with the owners from time to time.
