'The Boutique' is a small studio located in rue Cherche midi, in the centre of the town close to boulangeries, shops, bars, restaurants and markets. Once a posh hand bag shop the owners converted it to a fully equipped self-catering unit for their own use.

Centrally located, 4 km from the beach and 1 km from Agde main line station, with excellent rail connections from Paris, Beziers, Narbonne, Carcassonne to the west and Montpellier, Nimes, Pont du Gard, Marseille, Avignan and Nice to the east. Beziers Airport is approximately 8 km away.

The town provides a 1 euro bus service during the summer to Cap d'Agde and all the local beaches as well as Beziers Airport.

The Round Lock on the Canal du midi is an 8 minute walk away and the river Herault flows through the town at the end of the road. Daily boat trips plus boat hire and sea fishing trips are available during the summer from Grau d'Agde and not to be missed is the Wednesday boat trip round the coast to Sete Market.

Agde's public transport network is excellent and a car is not necessary. The Boutique is in the heart of the many attractions the town provides for tourists during the summer season - which are free.
