This property is located in a private gated community with a large shared pool within walking distance of medieval Pezenas, just a 12km drive from the Mediterranean beaches in the Herault.

Pezenas is spoilt for choice for airports. Ryanair flies to Beziers-Vias airport from Bristol, Stansted and Luton during different periods. Perpignan and Montpellier are less than an hours drive.

Nimes and Carcassonne are slightly further away.

Semi-detached villa with shared pool in small gated community situated in a peaceful location, 10 minutes walk from the centre of the lively town of Pezenas.

This traditional, recently built villa is situated on a private, child-friendly residence with shared pool and electronic security gates.

Under new ownership, this villa has been re-decorated and thoughtfully furnished and fitted to a high standard.

The villa has 3 bedrooms to sleep 6, 2 with double beds and 1 with full size bunk beds and 1 shower room with a large washbasin plus a separate WC.

The kitchen, kitted out as thoughtfully as your own, is equipped with halogen hob, oven and grill, microwave, large fridge/freezer and washing machine. A table and chairs for six people are also situated in the kitchen.

The living room with shuttered French windows leads onto the beautiful south east facing terrace and Mediterranean garden.There are two comfortable contemporary leather sofas, coffee table and sideboard, Sky television, PS2/DVD player with games.

This villa is furnished as a comfortable home from home, with books, board games, picnic and beach kit.

The property has a beautiful, well established, Mediterranean garden able to catch the sun all day. It is enclosed and private. There is a large terrace complete with BBQ, wooden furniture, parasol and sunbeds.

Solar lights and oil torches are situated around the garden to make it a beautiful and tranquil place to dine.

The shared pool is extremely close to the villa and, in accordance with recent French laws, very safe. The pool is open from the middle of May to the middle of September.

There are two parking spaces allocated to this property.
