The living/dining room is a large room with 2 settees and a fitted kitchen corner and double doors leading out to the pool area. There is barbecue, an outside table and chairs plus sun loungers. Also available are pool/snooker table and other games, a DVD, and lots of films and books. There is off street parking behind double lockable gates. Linen and towels supplied.

South of France holiday home is all on the ground level; there is a large living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen corner including coffee maker, oven/grill, coffee machine, microwave, separate hob, fridge, separate freezer and washing machine. There are 2 settees a large dining table and chairs and other furniture. There is a TV with UK freeview, DVD and lots of DVDs. Double doors leading onto pool area. There is wifi internet access. Fans to keep the room cool.

The double bedroom overlooks the pool area and has a wardrobe, large chest of drawers bedside tables and lamps and a fan; the twin room also has a wardrobe, bedside table, lamp and a fan. Finally, there is a Shower room with washbasin and toilet.
