The villa is situated just a few minutes walk from a small beach with larger Mediterranean beaches only 20 min away.

The weather is glorious with 300 days of sun per year and the region is particularly famous for its seafood, wine and is only 2/ 3hours from Spain.

Locally there is an all year round Spa at Balaruc les bains and there are typical French markets in Pezenas and Meze, vineyards, historical sites, cultural events throughout the year, fishing, walks and a 10 mile cycle path.

Local Bouzigues sandy beaches on the salt water Etang de Thau provide excellent swimming and other water activities, within 2 min walk of the Villa. Numerous nearby sandy beaches. 15 min drive to beautiful Mediterranean beaches in Agde and Sete

Montpellier airport 25 min drive. Nimes and Beziers airports 45 min drive. Local bus service to nearby towns and villages is adequate although car hire recommended for exploring further afield. Low cost airlines including Ryanair and Easyjet serve these airports.

The villa is detached with a beautiful private pool - 9m x 4m x 1.8m deep, and is fully equipped to a high standard and offers plenty of shade.

It is situated in a pretty, truly unspoilt French fishing village with a 2min walking distance to shops, the ice cream parlour and more than 15 reasonably priced restaurants which specialize in seafood.

There are numerous terraces and olive trees and the property is set in hard landscaped areas with various trees and shrubs, overlooking a vineyard. Large outside terrace with bbq and bar, outside table seating 6/8 overlooking vineyard and pool.
