It is less than 10 minutes from the vibrant town of Pezenas - a fabulous medieval town, steeped in history and full of artisans, bars, restaurants and festivals.

Caux is 25 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the med, 45 mins from Montpellier.

For lovers of nature and outdoor pursuits the rivers, lakes, gorges and mountains are 30-60 minutes drive away, not to mention the fabulous local vineyards to while away a pleasant afternoon.

This charming and tastefully decorated villa is situated on the edge of the beautiful village of Caux.

It nestles in it's own very private, landscaped mediteranean garden complete with 8m x 4m pool and shaded moroccan lounge area.

The large main lounge and dining area has french windows onto the vine covered terrace.

A second lounge area with doors onto the terrace and mezzanine bedroom provides additional space and privacy.

There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one mezzanine with 2 single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the 2nd lounge for alternative sleeping arrangements.

Two bathrooms, one with bath/shower and a separate WC and a second with shower and WC.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a utility room with iron and ironing board.

There are two lounges, the first has a large sofa and armchairs with adjoining dining area, with table for 8. Equipped with TV, DVD, log burning fire and french doors onto vine covered terrace.

The second lounge has comfortable seating and is ideal as a retreat from the main area.

Outside is a charming Moroccan lounge with coffee table and wrought iron furniture - perfect for chilling around the pool on a balmy summers evening.
This combined with the vine covered terrace provides delightful outdoor shaded space.

Towels & linen included, property is cleaned before each rental.

Pool is 8m by 4m.
