This modern French gite is situated in the popular village of Villeneuve-les-Beziers, just 4kms from the coast and a short drive to the city of Beziers.
Airports:
Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport is just a 10 minute drive from this French gite in Villeneuve-les-Beziers. There are direct flights from Bristol, London Luton and London Stansted (seasonal only).
There are also 4 low cost airports all about an hour away from Beziers at Carcassonne, Montpellier, Nimes and Perpignan. |

| DESCRIPTION: |
You enter this French gite in Villeneuve-le-Beziers into a large living-dining room. In the living room there is a TV, DVD and internet connection. There are two comfortable leather settees and a coffee table. The lounge also comes with an inset fireplace for the winter months. Above the living room there is a mezzanine area with bed settee.
The dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs. French doors lead out from the living room onto a terrace.
The separate kitchen comes with a breakfast bar and all the modern appliances that you will need - dish washer, oven, hob, microwave etc.
There are 3 double bedrooms, one family bathroom and separate toilet. |

The main feature is the swimming pool. The pool is 8m x 4m in size and 1.4m deep. It has roman steps and is fenced in for protection (good if you are travelling with small children).
There is a garden with a small lawn area and a large terrace.
There is an outside summer kitchen which also features a BBQ, plus an additional summer kitchen/bar at the pool side. |

Villeneuve-les-Beziers is a large village built around the Canal-du-Midi. It provides a surprising range of local facilities including restaurants, cafes, shops, a bowling alley, a 12 screen cinema and a large supermarket. Villeneuve hosts a very popular jazz festival in August of each year
The nearby city of Beziers is packed with history and has a surprising number of attractions, including parks and gardens, museums, art galleries, theatres and bars, and restaurants serving delicious local cuisine.
