The house is a Provencal village home located at the entrance of Saint-Étienne-du-Grès, a charming Provençal village in the heart of the Alpilles.
It is an excellent base for discovering the famous nearby villages, including Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Maussane-les-Alpilles, Fontvieille, Les Baux-de-Provence and Eygalières. A cycle path leads directly to Saint-Rémy, and the Alpilles Regional Natural Park begins just outside the village, offering beautiful hiking and cycling routesThe village shops are all within easy walking distance.
The house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms (the fourth bedroom on the ground floor would ideally remain closed, if possible), air conditioning, a small charcoal barbecue as well as a gas barbecue, Wi-Fi, a sound system, a swimming pool of 6m x 3m and an EV charger.
