About Villa Isabelle
Poilhes has always proved to be a popular place to spend your south of France holiday. Straddling the Canal du Midi, just half an hour from long sandy beaches and with the ancient towns of Béziers and Narbonne just up the road, Poilhes has a lot to offer.
Villa Isabelle is a classic villa with spacious gardens in a quiet residential area. It directly overlooks the Canal du Midi so you can watch the summer pleasure cruisers sail past on their way to Carcassonne or Sète. The centre of the village is just 2 minutes walk and you will find at least two restaurants and a small grocery store.
The villa is all on one level so is suitable for people with reduced mobility (6 steps to front door) but would equally make a great location for a family holiday.
The outside offers a dining area with shade and a built-in barbecue for those all-important al fresco meals. Down a few steps and a ramp and you will be at the pool area where you will find loungers, armchairs and a comfy sofa. And the best bit: access to the Canal du Midi where you can enjoy a gentle stroll in the evening before heading to a local restaurant for a delicious dinner.
