Villa Agnes is situated 5 minutes' walk from the centre of the medieval village of Laurens in the wine district of Faugeres. It is a one storey villa set within a secluded Mediterranean garden with a private pool of 10m x 4m.

The beautiful French windows lead out to the garden where you can dine and find shade under the mulberry trees and the barbecue (gas-heated) is close to the dining area.

You can also have a game of Table Tennis in a shaded area. The garden is surrounded by hedges and the sun shines on the pool area the whole day. Here you can also find a pool shower, 8 sun chairs and a group of sofa and armchairs and a table for a cold drink or a cup of coffee. In the front garden there are several fruit trees, like pear, fig, pomegranate, quince and clementine and you are allowed to pick them when they are ripe. There is parking space for several cars in the garden and a car port.

Laurens is a friendly and calm village with about 1700 inhabitants. The central part is medieval with a castle. The villa is located in the outskirts of the village. In the village you can taste wine at several wineries. You can also find 2 bakeries, 1 butcher, 1 pharmacy, 1 take away restaurant, 1 restaurant, 1 small grocery store and a newly opened Medical Health centre, a post office and all within walking distance.

In Magalas (7 minutes drive) is a large supermarket.
