Beautiful Provencal villa located in a secluded and peaceful setting. Far from the madding crowd, but not isolated out in the countryside.
Surrounded by forest and hills, the charming garden is located on a fairly flat plot. There are many fruit and olive trees including cherry and apricots.
The swimming pool is heatable and large at 13m x 6m. It features a little paddling area to the side where very small children can paddle and splash or grown ups can just sit. Pool house with seating, WC and outdoor shower. The entire outside area is well-lit at night, especially the 80m long driveway.

On the ground floor, with its own separate entrance, is the Studio. The studio includes a double bed in the living area and an additional bedroom with a sofa bed. (Please note that this room does not have a window). There is also a kitchenette and bathroom with shower, sink and WC. The studio has its own air conditioning unit.

The main house is equipped with a central cooling system ensuring a pleasant indoor climate during the hottest months. 4 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. In one of the bedrooms, in addition to the double bed, there is a small extra bed suitable for a child.

The villa offers two living rooms (one on each floor), a kitchen and a dining room. The furniture is modern and warm, ensuring comfort both inside and outside.
