This spacious holiday home is in a quiet south-facing position and has stunning views of the mountain ranges of the Haut Languedoc and is surrounded by vineyards as far as the eye can see.
Situated about 12 km north of Béziers and 2 km from the sleepy village Murviel-les-Béziers. It is a completely restored attic directly above a former wine cellar. This holiday home can sleep 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

There is a spacious covered terrace with table and chairs and lovely views. There is a traditional BBQ. The gated swimming pool 9m x 5m provides wonderful views over the vineyards. Surrounding the house there is 1000m² of garden, leading to open countryside.

Layout
A long hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with 140 cm bed and an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 comes with a large double bed (160 cm).
Bedroom 3 is fitted with two single beds 90 cm.
There is a family bathroom with bath and wash basin. There is a separate toilet.

Only five minutes by car to fresh water swimming in the River Orb or 25 minutes to sandy beaches. Beziers Airport is just 15 minutes drive from the house. Murviel Les Beziers is 30 minutes from beautiful sandy beaches and 15 minutes inland to the foothills of the Massif Central. The surrounding area abounds in history, including prehistoric sites, Roman ruins and Cathar castles. The village lies between beautiful Montpellier and ancient Carcassonne, each 45 minutes by car. The nearby Mediterranean coast is famous for its abundant seafood and shellfish. The tree lined Canal du Midi is just 15 minutes by car.
Murviel les Beziers has many fetes and festivals during the summer, the most famous of which is the ´Petetas´ - during the months of July and August, the shopkeepers and tradesmen (and many local residents) adorn their shops, properties and pavements with life-size dolls of their trade and profession.

Everything you need for a lovely stay
This is a lovely property on the edge of Murviel les Beziers. It sleeps six but there was only 2 of us and our 2 dogs. The property has everything you need for a lovely stay. The pool area is delightful and completely enclosed and it is yours exclusively. It is fairly rural and the village is a few minutes drives away although there is not really much to do in. There are other surrounding villages that seem to have more going on. The larger town of Bezier and the surrounding beaches are 15 - 20 minute drive away. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in peaceful surrounding then we would recommend here. We would definitely go back.
