This is a splendid and spacious villa of 250m2 offering magnificent views and its own 1500m2 terraced garden planted with lemon and orange trees. Lovely infinity pool with a mosaic design set into its bottom that can be appreciated from the terrace above. Plenty of space to sit outside around the pool or on the terrace. Gas barbecue available.
The house is floored throughout in marble and all the bathrooms are finished in various coloured marbles which lend an ambience of opulence.
The villa has an open-plan lounge/dining area of 70m2 and a well-equipped kitchen.
There are four double bedrooms and a smaller room which could be used as an extra child's bedroom.

Layout
There are four double bedrooms and a smaller room which could be used as an extra child's bedroom.
On the ground floor, there is a laundry room, WC, and two bedrooms: One bedroom with twin singles, and shower room. The second bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed 160 x 200cm and an en suite bathroom with WC, bidet, bath and two basins.
First Floor: Two double bedrooms with access onto a balcony with amazing views. First bedroom has a bed of 160 x 200cm. The second bedroom has a bed of 140 x 190cm. There is also a separate WC and a bathroom with triangular bath, shower and sink. Also on this floor is an extra bedroom of about 2.5 x 2.5m2 which could make a child's bedroom.
