Down a quiet country lane and through a Mediterranean wood you will discover Villa Oleander Seillans. Firstly, you will struck by the tranquillity and seclusion of this lovely house. Secondly, you will be impressed by the imposing entrance. Thirdly, you will be amazed by the electronic gadgetry which sets this villa above all the rest. When I visited in early Spring 2025, I really felt that what could have been just a very nice Provencal-style villa was, in fact, a spectacular find! The furnishings, fittings and décor really do make this a superior property. And the electronics knocked my socks off! Even the TV descends from its hidey-hole when you want to watch so you don't have an ugly blank screen staring at you whilst sitting in the living area. Every aspect of comfortable, contemporary living has been considered by the owners. I can thoroughly recommend Villa Oleander!
Don’t just take my word for it … see what our guests thought.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Oleander. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated throughout and had everything we could have needed. The outdoor areas are fantastic for dining and relaxing plus a great pool! The location is easy for getting to Seillans, Lac de Saint Cassien (definitely worth a day trip) and other sights. Will definitely be back -

A gorgeous retreat in the South of FrancWe've had two unforgettable holidays at this stunning property near Seillans. The house itself is spacious, beautifully appointed, and ideal for both a family gathering or a group of friends. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the luxurious furnishings to the beautifully landscaped gardens. The outdoor spaces are the real highlight — a gorgeous pool set amidst lush greenery, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen ideal for long, leisurely meals, and plenty of seating areas to soak up the Provençal sun. There’s also no shortage of things to do at the house itself, with a ping pong table, a cinema room, and plenty of space to unwind. While the home feels private and secluded, it's also conveniently close to local supermarkets and restaurants, making it easy to stock up or head out for a meal. The location is also ideal for exploring the wider region — Seillans itself is a picturesque village, and you’re surrounded by some of the most beautiful hilltop villages and towns in the South of France. Whether you’re out exploring or staying in, this house offers the perfect base for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in a truly special part of the world.Highly recommended — we can’t wait to return! -

A Perfect Retreat in Provence
Our stay at this stunning house in Provence was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the sheer space and comfort it provided. Each of the bedrooms was spacious and featured its own (also large) en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. In fact, all rooms were large, airy, and wonderfully cool, offering a refreshing escape from the summer heat.
On arrival, we were met by the housekeeper, who showed us all of the up-to-the-minute technological gizmos the house has to offer (the house really is equipped with everything you could possibly need, the computer server for the home looks as if it’d be at home at NASA). The modern kitchen was just wonderful, having state-of-the-art appliances and well-considered touches that made us want to update our kitchen at home. And on top of mezzanine hallways and the double height living room, table tennis table, zonal air-conditioning and vacuum cleaner that’s actually built into the walls….., the cellar is converted into a large home cinema with huge sofas - perfect for letting the children unwind with a good film after a long day exploring the local towns.
Outside, the high fence and large remote-locking gate provide peace of mind, especially for families with young children, so we felt comfortable letting the children run around without having to follow them everywhere. The salt-water pool was the best possible entertainment system for the children, so much so that we had to abandon a couple of day trips! We also made full use of the outdoor kitchen, which came complete with a built-in barbecue, Big Green Egg, pizza oven, fridge, freezer, and even an outdoor dishwasher. Seating for a dozen made alfresco dining a real Mediterranean family affair.
Also, for entertainment, the Petanque court was a charming addition, adding a fun touch to our afternoons..
Whether you want a base for enjoying the local vineyards and villages, or you want a place to lock yourself away from the world, this house will provide the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and relaxation.
