Villa Jovianne - LCV113

Situated on the heights above the delightful village of La Croix Valmer, Villa Jovianne enjoys uninterrupted views across pine woods and down to the sea. Easy access and lots of parking will make your arrival simple and welcoming.
The villa is spacious and airy with generously proportioned bedrooms, some of which open directly onto the terrace so those views are always with you. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and have their en suite bathroom. The salon is also air conditioned.
Villa Jovianne would make an excellent base for exploring the St Tropez peninsula and the famous beaches along that stretch of the Cote d'Azur. The ancient, perched villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle would also be well worth a visit, they are just up the road.
The beach is just 5 minutes' drive away, almost walking distance (but you will need to consider that coming back will be uphill!). There's plenty of parking down at the beach, too, so no need to worry about finding a space. The strand is sandy and shallow, ideal for kids, and it is so long it will take you a good hour and half to walk from end to end.
La Croix Valmer is a very well-equipped little village offering a good butcher's, a fishmonger, two boulangeries and a variety of boutiques and restaurants.

Back at the Villa, you can bask in the sun by the pool on the loungers or sit under the covered terrace out of direct sun but close to the kids splashing in the pool. Alternatively, you can relax on the upper terrace lapping up the vista before you. This is where you will probably enjoy your al fresco lunches and dinners. You will also find a gas plancha and outside fridge here.
And for yet another quiet place to contemplate how much you are enjoying your holidays, try the roof terrace which is equipped with a large parasol and comfortable seating.
In the evenings, a family challenge of pétanque (boules) can be enjoyed on the new pétanque pitch to the side of the house.
