Villa Essence de L'Exotique has plenty to offer for your holiday. It sits on Chemin de Capon, near to town and close to the Lou Pinet Hotel. The villa has been tastefully decorated in a modern Provençal style.

There is an entrance hallway and four bedrooms all ensuite (one bedroom has a bath tub) all with Smart televisions.

One of the groundfloor bedrooms leads through into a separate entertainment space with television lounge with large flat screen television, office and sports area with fitness equipment. There is direct access to the outside terrace.

Upstairs, there is a large open plan living area with lovely views from both terraces, the front one with a sea view and the rear terrace (with a lounge and dining) overlooks the garden and pool.

Off the living area is the Master bedroom with a large ensuite with bath, shower, bidet, and double sinks. This room leads onto the front terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the view.
There is a guest toilet, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining, and lounge with fireplace leading out onto the shaded dining and lounge overlooking the gardens and pool terrrace.

At the side of the Villa there is a car port for shade which can take two cars and room for additional cars. There is additional private parking opposite the Villa, ideal for staff or overflow.
