This stunning and spacious villa is well-equipped and offers 4 bedrooms, a large living room, a modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs, as well as outside space. The kitchen is very modern and beautifully designed. The large living room has a very comfortable seating area thanks to its multiple sofas, and provides a great atmosphere to relax or watch TV, with doors opening onto the terrace. There are 4 bedrooms in this wonderful property, 3 double beds and one single. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and are very modern, yet cosy. The 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs keep up with the design of the house and are they too very modern. This property is just 10 minutes away from the beautiful Aix en Provence, and only 20 minutes away from Marseille and the beaches. OUTSIDE There is a large, private, covered swimming pool with great views all around it. There is a terrace and outside seating area, so you can enjoy the sun in great comfort. There is also a petanque court and balls are provided BBQ You can enjoy a meal in the South of France sun, thanks to the outside dining table and chairs.

La Petite Maison in Cucuron
La Closerie in Ansouis
La Feniere in Lourmarin, along with some other very good restaurants, be it a relaxed brasserie to something more upmarket.
There are the lovely and very tempting local markets on Tuesday in
Cucuron and Friday in Lourmarin.
There is also a baker and butcher close by. Pertuis, has the much larger Hyper
super markets.
All local shops open on Sunday morning.
There are local tennis courts close by.
There are a number of beautiful golf courses in the area, including Pont
Royal and Luberon Golf.
There is also a stable for a gentle meander on horse back. Both road and mountain bikes can be hired from Pertuis.
Beaches are close by, including the lovely Cassis, St Croix, and Carry le Rouet.
For cultural excusions, Aix en Provence and Avignon are fantastic. There are of course numerous other places to visit eg Les Baux, Gorges de Verdon, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Orange, Arles etc etc.
Of course we mustn't forget the wine/vineyards! There are a few very
good vineyards in the area. Bandol and Chateauneuf du Paper are just over an hour's drive and we can highly recommend a few places to visit. We can also organise a minibus/driver
so that our guests don't even have to drive!
Dogs may be allowed BUT by prior arrangement only.
Skiing
2 hours to the nearest ski resort.

Lambesc has a fantastic market on Friday mornings. It also has 2 supermarkets, banks, post office, restaurants, etc.
Aix en Provence has markets all week, the biggest and the best being on Saturday.
