There are a lot of villas on the Cote d'Azur which enjoy a sea view. But very few of them have access to a private beach within a few minutes' walk. Well, Vue à 360° has exactly that! A large property with a private beach at the end of the lane that comes with a sensible price tag - you could search for years and not find something similar. When I visited there were two magnificent cruise ships moored in the Bay with little boats shuttling to and fro with passengers embarking to visit St Tropez. It was an absolutely delightful sight! Villa Vue 360° has everything you could wish for in a seaside villa - large pool, well-equipped summer kitchen, loungers and parasols, and of course, that view! Irresistible!
About Vue à 360°
Villa Vue à 360° is a delightful villa located in a privated gated domaine overlooking and within easy reach of the Bay of St Tropez. The panoramic views of the bay will take your breath away. Since this villa is close to the sea you will feel much more in tune with the activities of the Bay, including watching the cruise ships moored up. This villa unites seclusion, tranquillity and elegance in one fell swoop. It also offers the unique feature of a private beach, which you can walk to - it's only 3 minutes away!
Inside, the villa is well laid-out, spacious and everything is well-maintained. Outside, there is plenty of space on the terrace to relax and take in those extraordinary views. There are at least four different areas to relax in so everybody can find their own favourite spot.
Villa Vue à 360° is ideally situated, just a few minutes by car to the centre of Sainte Maxime and to St Tropez, a bit further along the coast, but sufficiently secluded to ensure a quiet retreat.
The nearby beach is private for the residents of the properties in close proximity. On your arrival the property manager will give you an access badge to reach the beach via a tunnel under the road.
The nearest shops are in Sainte Maxime. Many people hire e-bikes and cycle into town (5 minutes).
This villa can accept up to 24 guests but generally accepts 16 maximum (consisting of up to 12 adults + children).
Please note that if your group requires less than 7 bedrooms then a reduction will be made to the price.
Probably not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Kitchen: Two fridges (one with built-in ice maker), a large freezer, two
dishwashers, an oven, and a microwave. The extractor hood is integrated into the stove and switches on automatically. Also provided: percolator coffee machine, capsule coffee machine (all types of capsules), kettle, toaster, blender, electric citrus juicer, and a Sodastream. There is also a BBQ on the terrace.
Laundry Room: washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and steam ironing station.
Pool House with summer kitchen: bar island for sampling delicious cold cocktails, sink, dishware for meals, a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, fridge, and plancha.
Pool house also has changing room and WC.
