The house is located in a very quiet place. No neighbours in the surrounding area and there are more than 3 hectares of woods and meadow that belong to the property. It is extremely spacious at nearly 400m² spread over three floors.

The ground floor has a North American-style kitchen with plenty of place to cook or entertain with seating for up to 12 people. The dining room is directly beside the kitchen and there is also a big living room which opens onto a very large west-facing terrace. This is a great spot for sunbathing in the afternoon and you can also view some extraordinary sunsets or do some star-gazing at night.

Still on the ground floor, you will find a TV room with more than a 100 channels. One of the 5 bedrooms - with a king size bed - is also located on the ground floor which makes it perfect if you are holidaying with the grandparents. There is a dedicated bathroom just next door to serve this bedroom.

On the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms: 2 with king size beds and their own private sitting room, 1 with a king size bed (which can be configured with twin size beds). There are 2 bathrooms on that level: one in the bedroom # 2 suite with a sink and a shower and 2nd one with 2 sinks and a shower for the bedroom #3 and #4. There is also an independent WC.

On the second floor, which is under the roof, you will find one room with 4 twin size beds and 1 living room.

The first and second floors have air conditioning.
