The dining room can comfortably accommodate 8 people, while the adjacent fully-equipped kitchen includes four ovens (2 traditional, 1 steam, 1 microwave), an American style fridge/freezer and a large pantry with an extra fridge and facilities for the laundry.

The villa includes four large elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with a bathroom or private shower, air conditioning and high-end bedding worthy of the largest hotels. The ground floor suite has a bed of 180cm x 200 cm, a private terrace with stunning views of the Pic Saint-Loup and vineyards.

Surrounded by a landscaped garden of 1,500m², Villa Fontanès offers an ideal setting to relax under the southern sun or bask in the shade. The saltwater pool (10m x 4.5 m x 1.75 m deep) invites you to cool off after a sunny afternoon, on one of the 8 deckchairs. Gather around the dining table under the umbrella to enjoy al fresco meals prepared at the Weber barbecue, or enjoy a glass of local wine in the outdoor lounge, for a moment of comfort and absolute calm.

For those who like to have fun, enjoy a game of pétanque, ping-pong or Scandinavian bowling are all available on site.
