The dining room comfortably seats 8 guests, while the fully equipped adjacent kitchen features four ovens (2 conventional, 1 steam, 1 microwave), an American-style fridge/freezer, and a generous pantry with an additional refrigerator and laundry facilities.

The villa offers four spacious and elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom or shower room, air conditioning, and premium bedding worthy of the finest hotels.

The ground-floor suite features a 180 x 200 cm bed and a private terrace with breathtaking views of Pic Saint-Loup and the surrounding vineyards.

Upstairs, accessed via an elegant wrought iron and marble staircase, you will find three additional suites, an office with a dedicated workspace suitable for remote working, and a peaceful reading corner.
